Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Mahique, every order is carefully checked and securely packed before dispatch.

No Returns & No Refunds

All purchases made on Mahique are final sale. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any order once it has been placed.

No Order Cancellations

Once an order has been successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged.

Replacement for Damaged Products

Replacement is available only if the product is received damaged.

To be eligible for a replacement:

• A complete and clear unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video must be continuous and unedited, starting from the sealed package before opening and clearly showing the entire unboxing process.
• The damaged product must be clearly visible in the video.
• The unboxing video must be provided to Mahique as proof of damage.
• Damage claims without a complete and clear unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement.

If the product is found to be damaged after reviewing the unboxing video, Mahique may provide a replacement for the damaged product, subject to availability.
