2. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you, including your name, contact details, shipping address, and order details, is accurate and complete.

Mahique reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases such as incorrect pricing, product unavailability, suspected fraudulent activity, or incorrect/incomplete customer information.

3. Payments

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation, where applicable. Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be dispatched to the shipping address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond Mahique’s control.

Mahique is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

5. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

All orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged once successfully placed.

Replacement is available only for products received damaged and only when the customer provides a complete, clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video, starting from the sealed package and showing the entire unboxing process.

Claims without the required unboxing video may not be eligible for replacement. Replacement is subject to verification and product availability.

6. Jewellery Care

Customers are responsible for following the recommended care instructions for their jewellery. Exposure to water, perfume, chemicals, sweat, cosmetics, or improper storage may affect the appearance and durability of jewellery.

All content on the Mahique website, including photographs, logos, graphics, text, product descriptions, and branding, belongs to Mahique or its respective owners and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
